June is the month Jed and I celebrate our anniversary! This time, we decided to explore more of Utah and went to St. George. It was beautiful and hot. And what an adventure we had. About an hour or so outside of St. George, our A/C decided it wasn't going to work for us. Luckily, we didn't let that keep us from having fun. We enjoyed the musical "Hairspray" at the outdoor theater Tuacahn and went to the temple. We also squeezed in some pool time, a necessity in the 100+ degree temps that we knew would happen while we were there.

It was our first time away together without Adam - and we missed him! But we made the most of our time together while not worrying about a little toddler running amok. What a great few days, dampened only slightly as our car was in the shop and then the mechanic told us about the $1,000 part that we would need to purchase to make the A/C work. Bummer. The drive back to Salt Lake wasn't that bad though - we were prepared with a spray bottle/fan, beaded seat covers and rolled down windows.
